    Return & Refund Policy

     At Closet Closure, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.


    Eligibility for Returns

    You may request a return for items such as emerald green maxi dresses, floral dresses, boots, tops, or other apparel and footwear purchased from Closet Closure if the following conditions are met:

    • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

    • The product is free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special discount offers

    • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer


    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, product name (e.g., emerald green maxi dress, boots, floral dress), and reason for return.

    2. Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.

    3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back as instructed.


    Return Pickup & Shipping

    • Return pickup availability depends on your location.

    • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

    • Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


    Refund Policy

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

    • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


    Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • You may request a different size or an alternative product (e.g., exchanging a maxi dress for another dress style).


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


    Important Notes

    • Colors of products such as dresses or boots may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.

    • Returns that do not meet our quality check standards may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
